Shipping Information

The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping Costs & Delivery Countries

Shipping costs are determined by the type of item and the destination country. Prices may vary for individual items due to the type of item or specific delivery address (e.g., German islands).

You can determine whether shipping to your address is possible and at what price once you have added the desired products to your shopping cart.

Delivery Times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-3 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment).

Please note that no shipping/delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
