Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-made and where the production is based on individual selection or specification by the consumer or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. Contracts for the delivery of goods to Switzerland are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax, or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees due to this refund.
If the goods can normally be returned by post due to their nature, the following applies:
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods without delay and in any case, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
If the goods cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, the following applies:
We will collect the goods. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 180.00 for a collection from Germany, and approximately EUR 450.00 for an international collection.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
